Delete your account & data
You can delete your CartMate account and the data associated with it at any time, using either option below.
Option 1 — Delete inside the app (immediate)
- Open CartMate and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Deletion runs immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email spintechstudio@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "CartMate account deletion". We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted permanently: your account details (name, email, profile photo), every list you own — including its items, photos and receipts, for all members — your membership and activity in lists shared with you, and your purchase history used for suggestions.
- Kept: nothing. CartMate has no purchases or subscriptions, and we do not retain personal data after deletion.
Lists owned by other people remain theirs — deleting your account removes you (and
your activity) from those lists but does not delete the other members' data.
